(original asked for tomato ketchup)
160ml canola or peanut oil
(we used 'extra virgin olive oil')
160ml red wine vinegar
(basalmic vinegar works well too)
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsps of finely chopped onion
Salt & ground pepper to taste
